So getting that perfect beach body like Kim Kardashian is a lot of hard work, and like me I always end up giving up due to boredom or being unenthusiastic about the whole process. As I look in the mirror I see a curvy figure with a few lumps and bumps that I would prefer not to see.
So I began in search for a diet that would be perfect for me, one that I could still eat what I wanted but lose weight. Sounds impossible? Well ladies I have found one.
You may have heard of Slimming World, well I decided to join to see how good it truly is, and ladies its fantastic. I have managed to lose 9lbs in 5 weeks and in a healthy and gradual way. I have 2 weeks left until my holiday and determined to reach my goal.
What’s it involve I hear you say?
Well they would start you on the ‘easy plan’ diet which consists of an unlimited amount of; rice, pasta, potatoes, vegetables, fruit, meat and poultry. And then you have your bread and ceral which are moderated and then the cravings such as chocolate and take away food which you can have but count the ‘syns’. I love it! It’s perfect for me as I love food and hate dieting and really I feel like I’m not on a diet.
The whole point of this diet is feeling fuller for longer so you don’t pick!!! Yes there are the times when that piece of chocolate is calling me and if I want it I will have it but just class it as a ‘syn’. I have never lost this much weight in such a healthy way.
